With a background in human services and two decades of honing leadership skills, I've experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of transitioning from employee to business owner.

My journey from managing programs to steering teams in healthcare, through the ups and downs of corporate mergers, sparked a desire for more—more control over my time, more moments with family, and more fulfillment in my work.

This realization propelled me into the world of business ownership, where I discovered the freedom to craft a schedule around my life, not the other way around. It's this freedom, coupled with the thrill of charting my own course, that I aim to share through my work today.
